By accessing or using Field ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Field provides golf club management tools including member management, event organization, live scoring, standings tracking, and payment processing. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Club Administrators

If you create or administer a club, you are responsible for:

  • Setting appropriate membership fees and event pricing
  • Managing member access and permissions
  • Ensuring your club's use complies with these terms
  • Handling disputes between club members

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund policies are set by individual clubs. Field charges a 3% platform fee on transactions processed through the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Harass or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Field and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Field shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
